You're a legit reg, SAK. You have a badge to prove it!

ummmmmm, who told you you think too highly of yourself? ITK, where's your shiv?

Wait but then am I not a reg either?!
MK, you are THE reg. Come to Philly with us! Details are in the MommyCon thread!

Who's this chick?
Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste,
It all revolves around you.
Haha ok I feel like I am on here what I feel like irl crowds most my life...im the girl who talks and I am not sure anyone hears in the crowd so I stay quiet most the time. (You know, the one that says something in a talking laughing group and everyone goes ummmm...and then resumes talking??) It used to bother me and I had no self confidence at times. But now im older (36) and finally dont care. my lo thinks im magic when I talk so thats all that matters!
Im better at one on one friendships. But I enjoy the company of the crowd. And occasionally I have something worth saying so I do. So I am a lurker/just wants to be a part but im also a sometimes talker.
Lol, why do the lurkers who are still pregnant not post more? In case you didn't realize, we don't typically stay on topic here, and we talk about a lot more than just CDing your babies.
Hell, even if the post starts out diaper related it often transforms into something else entirely.

I always look for the random diaper threads that got like 50 responses because I know they got hijacked.

I'm sad that this happens more often when I'm teaching at the studio. I get home and read through them while I nurse. They make for entertaining reads even if I am late to the party.

I think we just need to get some stuff started earlier in the day too. Dance is my passion. I love it too much to quit.
I have always wondered how long / how often you have to post to be considered a regular.
Thoughts?
I think when ITK recognizes your siggy
Haha of course.
That seems to be the case on most boards. The line between active and regular can only be defined by others , so how do you know? :-/ 8-};0
We'll have @CLLDLL put it on a spreadsheet for us FWIW I would consider you a regular.
Bwahaha the spreadsheet sounds like something my BMB would do and then have some huge butthurt drama about all the people that got left off.
I like this board so much better- I feel special that you think I'm a reg :x
be careful now. you don't want this post to get back to your bmb and be called out for liking it here better... but don't worry I like it here better too
I posted that I mainly lurk...but I go in spurts. I posted a lot more before LO was born, but I'm always apprehensive (not sure why) to jump into the non-CD talk. Now I just don't have much time to get on here anymore. I should fix that.
LO is due in May and this is my first time trying to CD.
So I read more than I post unless I have a specific question- which has normally been answered if I go back and search through period threads.
I'm new and just building my stash until LO shows up in May, so I just intro'd and will probably post a bit more in threads with comments or questions that I can't find the answer to somewhere else. I'm mobile 99% if the time so I mostly just lurk. But that is how I am on most boards I follow
I've been hanging out here for almost a year, and I'm having serious anxiety trying to figure out if I'm a regular poster or here and there. I just sometimes still get intimidated by all of you regular regulars, ha.
I said here and there poster, but now I think I'm really a lurker who posts sometimes. This is a new favorite board (other than my BMB) of mine! I don't post often due to my very limited CD knowledge, I have one type of prefold/cover combo and that's it, and I don't feel like I'm up to keeping up with the regs yet. I'm typically mobile while nursing, so typing out responses one handed can also be a challenge.

Yeah, apparently this is a bump no no. But I openly dislike my bmb too. Speaking of that, you guys should check out the post the mod made and stickied for the newbs. It's like a bunch of high schoolers over there.
Maybe we have the same bmb.
I know @mrshudson618 and I are on the same bmb. not too long ago someone was called out for asking the same question on a 2nd board to get more opinions. Our bmb thought it was not okay to go ask for other opinions if you didn't like the ones they gave. I couldn't believe it. Worse than high school.
Yeah, what's up with many of the BMBs? I hated mine and only posted once. I stopped venturing there at all even before baby was born. I've got better things to do with my time, like totally obsess over diapering.

Don't you have a check in?
Haha, I used to post the Friday Fluff check in for a while, but apparently other people get up earlier than me now and post first (which is fine). I guess I should probably consider myself a regular!

Definitely a reg. I love your fluff posts. Plus you're one of my NE home girls!!
Maybe I will take this as an invitation to post more. My bmb is the only other board I regularly get on and it can get a little dicey on there if you aren't considered a regular, so I just read and post on the pgal and book club threads typically.
Given the fact that I have seen multiple AD references around here, I might be around more

March 2014 February Siggy Challenge: Third Trimester Feelings
I don't DISLIKE my BMB, I just like it here better. I think it is because it is a much smaller core group, so there is less drama. J13 is so big, it is just really hard to keep up.

I find BMBs so weird. I found mine crazy and hard to keep up while KU. Then I really liked it in the early months after G's birth. Then people went back to work or got busier as their LOs started crawling etc. So it kind of fizzled out. I still like the ladies on my board, but I think they are more active on FB and kind of a closer group so I feel out of place there sometimes.
I'm still in the newbie lurker who doesn't know anything yet so just absorbing all the info phase. You ladies have gotten me excited to CD and this is by far my favorite board to lurk
Hello! Super lurker since I'm...not even TTC yet. That will hopefully happen in March or April. But I'm already fully commited to CD. I moved to a new city 2 weeks ago and found out we have a CD store. Yup, I've already visited and began to teach DH the different types of diapers (not that I completely understand it myself yet!)
Guilty as charged. Baby's not due for another 6 weeks and my CD stash is appallingly tiny at the moment. Mostly I've been lurking to figure out what I need!

I went to a class on CDs at my local store about 4 months before we started TTC. I was definitely the only non-Mom/pregnant lady there, but I'm glad I did all the research ahead of time! It will help you to know as much as you can ahead of time so you're no worrying about it while pregnant or with a newborn!
