Is 30wks too late to start hypnobabies home study?

I just started reading a hypnobirthing book this week and have been really impressed by it. Because there are no classes/instructors near me for either hypnobirthing or hypnobabies, I would like to do the home study course. Am I too far along at 30 wks to really benefit from it?

This kind of relates to your situation. I started taking an actual 5 week course in hypnobirthing (Mongan method) at 30 weeks. Most of the women in my class are about as far along as I am. I think it depends how dedicated you are to practicing the relaxation cds and studying the material. You can do it! Its never too late = )

I agree it's not too late. I had a natural birth using the hypnobirthing method and it was great! Good luck!

I ordered the bundle. The website said 5-6 wks, so as long as I really do my homework, I should be fine.

28 weeks and in the same boat! I think if we set our minds to it, it should be ok.
