Okay so our adoption process is moving along so we are actually taking names much more serious now.

I know some don't like unisex names but we do :-) Iris and Sophia are family names.

Which one do you like?

Shelby Iris
Skylar Autumn
Whitney Sophia

Honestly don't like any of them. They're nms. I think Iris is my favorite though.

I like Schuyler spelled the traditional Dutch way considering it's originally a Dutch last name.

I actually prefer Schuyler but my DH is fighting me on it and I can handle Skylar.

My daughter is Ryann so we're okay with unisex names that have been traditional boy names in the past.

I know an adorable little Shelby and maybe because I automatically picture her little baby face, I can't see it on an adult. I met a baby Whitney yesterday and immediately loved the name. You don't hear it very often but Skylar is definitely my favorite although I've only heard on boys before (with the exception of Breaking Bad) However, I think Whitney Sophia flows better than Skylar Autumn...all good names though. Good luck!

Love Shelby most of the first names, and Iris out of the middle names, so it's a no-brainer. Beautiful names. Good luck with your adoption!

If you were going to be really traditional, you'd spell it Schu IJ ler as what you see as a "y" is actually a Dutch "IJ" which is a letter that dorsn't exist in The English alphabet, but I digress. I live in Holland and I'd spell it Skyler unless we're neighbors. I like Iris and Skyler.
