lymph nodes?

Hi Ladies,

I don't get much time anymore to come on here anymore, but I have some down time at work now.

Last night I noticed when changing her, hard lumps under her nipples.  Very small lumps (one under each nipple).  I am planning on calling the doctor to see about this but wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this??  Ava is 3 months old tomorrow, and she does have a bit of a cold so I am not sure if thats what is causing it, just found it odd they are right under her nipples.

    Could be milk glands. Our hormones cause babies mammary tissue to swell. My son has lymph nodes that are little knots it the back of his head. Doctor said it was normal. I guess it could be that as well, but I'm not sure.
