So MIL parked herself at my house from 1pm - 10:15pm yesterday (this was after pulling a no show/no call the day before). She is basically trying to dump planning SIL's baby shower on me (which is in two weeks and invites haven't gone out yet). Normally I'd say fuck you but it's for SIL and I feel bad so I decided to help a little bit.

But anyways (I know that has nothing to do with my FFFC, it was just a mini vent) she was holding DD and DS climbed up next to her to kiss DD. She wanted a pic of her sitting with both kids and asked me to grab my phone.

My FFFC is that I pretended to not know where my phone was because I didn't want to take the pic. She goes months without seeing the kids then takes a pic with them and posts it on Facebook like she's grandma of the year. Then I picked up one of DS's toys while I was "looking" for my phone knowing very well DS would come running. I know it's petty but I give no fucks.

My two year old woke me up an hour later than normal. I thought omg that was awesome. Then I looked at his face. Covered in chocolate. He found the bag of candy we let him pick out. My confession I needed sleep so badly I almost don't care.

I needed to buy more condoms yesterday, so I packed up DS1 and DS2 and went to Target. We bought condoms and diapers. I thought my cart filled only with babies, diapers, and condoms was amusing.

I liked my sister a whole lot more before she was a mom. Now she's always trying to one up me and it's annoying. I love her and my nephew is literally one of the cutest, sweetest 9 month olds ever, but don't pass judgement until you have a 2.5 yo and a 7 week old. I know my toddlers behavior is not stellar right now but 1. He's fucking two. He's not always an angel. And 2. His nutrition is not the cause of his "bad behavior". I'm doing my best to get him to eat meat which he hates and veggies which he hates. Not eating his broccoli did not make him have that meltdown in target with you yesterday. Sorry that "jack will eat whatever you put in front of him and never throws tantrums". Talk to me when he's 2. That wasn't even a fffc but I needed to get it out there. Yikes.

I have been freezing for the past few days and cuddling my baby makes me warmer. So instead of doing anything useful I have been cuddling my baby. I have no regrets. I love baby cuddles. DH needs me to be useful though because he is almost out of clean clothes. (Yes he can wash clothes but he has been working/in school all day and doesn't have time). I guess it's laundry day... Maybe...

Woke up sick today and instead of doing something useful like dishes or playing with K I'm laying on the couch watching Tyler Perry movies and have used my secret weapon to get K to sleep (his swing set a certain way knocks him out cold everytime lol). And don't plan in moving from this spot until he needs to eat again.

I have two...

1. I cannot take feedback at all. Any time DH says something his mom told him, I get annoyed. Even if it's legit, like massaging baby's legs. It's not just MIL though. It's every single time anyone tells me something baby related. I wish I could just say ok, thank you for the advice but I can't. I need to work on that.

2. As soon as DS is done eating, I usually hope he falls asleep after. I feel terrible about this. Why can't I enjoy reading books to him or tummy time? I hope it's just because he's so little right now. Am I going to feel like this in the toddler years or am I actually going to enjoy playing with him?? I don't know but I hope this changes.

Also, I used the word "amazeballs" the other day. I'm over thirty and I didn't even use if ironically--it was to describe a sandwich. I've promised DH It will never happen again.

Last Saturday DH wanted sexy time and I wanted a shower. I suggested we shower together. I was hoping the whole time the baby would wake up since I didn't want to do anything, but I feel bad saying no since we've only DTD like a couple times since getting clear and before giving birth it had been a while. My hopes came true because right as things started getting heated, LO woke up and started fussing. No shame here.

I'm so not a newborn person. I can't wait until DD is old enough to be somewhat interactive. I felt the same way with DS and was so excited at about 3 months when he started regularly doing cute stuff, laughing and playing, you know? Now that he's a toddler I can't get enough of him even though he's a little shit.

I haven't left LO's side. She will be 9 weeks old on Sunday. I also haven't had sex or alcohol. I don't know what I'm waiting for...

@Tanisha417 are we the same person? I refuse to bring pumped milk to my in laws too for that exact reason!! She's so overbearing once we get there and I don't want her feeding Lilijana..it's my time to get away from her! She even said last time that she can't wait to feed her a bottle soon once mommy brings one...you.are.annoying! 

My confession...I get irritated, annoyed and I simply dread going to my in-laws now. I honestly am instantly in a bad mood when we have to go there. MIL is so f'ing overbearing it's crazy. She wanted to watch DH change her diaper because she's never changed a girls diaper, had to put on Lily's tights because she's never put tights on a girl and won't stop talking to Lily saying they are going to be best friends. I don't want to go back there...ever.

When Lily has a poo diaper and DH doesn't know, I hand her to him and says it's a pee one (because he's more likely to take her and change her if its just pee) and act surprised when he looks at me like Did you know about this!?

I think about leaving my fiancé all the time. My FFFC is I think having a baby with has made it very clear we won't work out for the long hall. He's a slob and was raised 50's style, so he treats me like his maid. I hate my house being dirty but I've gone on strike and every dish we own is dirty. I bought paper plates and am living off chicken nuggets. I don't even care anymore.

Intro and FFFC: I am a dirty, dirty lurker and have been since pregnancy. I have wanted to come and play several times but have allowed my near crippling shyness get the better of me. Not even sure if I can say I belong here. I had a Dec due date my LO was born in Nov but I don't know the Nov board and that brings me back to being absolutely sick with social anxiety. 

So if you don't mind I would like to stay and play (that is if my shadow doesn't scare me back underground)

I have only "pleasured" my husband once in the almost 6 weeks since LO was born. Every single day he makes some sort of comment about me not being affectionate anymore or him not getting any. I assume this is meant to make me feel bad/guilty but I don't AT ALL! I just mock him when he says these things and think to myself "STFU!!"

Let baby girl fuss for a few minutes in the crib this morning so mommy and daddy could finish "our taxes". Really dumb name for the deed we've been calling it all week around the kids.
