Our son was AggieCat! A merging of our two college mascots. This time during the 2ww we said "maybe baby." Now that it isn't a maybe we say "baby baby." Silly, but fun!
My DH is the nicknamer in the house. Bean has been his most frequent term but we mostly just say baby. We also call it whatever size it is that week (poppy seed, sweet pea, blueberry)
We were calling it "Johnny" (bc it's currently the size of an apple seed- Johnny Appleseed...), and then "Chippy" (as in chocolate chip... bc it's little... get it? Womp womp womp) but recently switched over to Nugget. Idk why.

Re: nicknames?
We called DS "Little Monkey Baby" or LMB because everyone in our house is nicknamed "monkey" of some kind.
We are, apparently, carrying on the tradition.
