Hey there! FET should go just like your fresh if anything like mine...

I took estrace, then started progestrone a few days before transfer. It's was easy because no sync cycles, just getting you ready for the day of transfer. They will likely go over how the embryo thawed and how many you want to transfer before the transfer.

Hi there, For a FET you will be suppressed to prevent ovulation. I used BCP and lupron for that. Depending on your clinic, you will have a suppression check to confirm no cysts, polyps, etc, then start estrogen to build your lining. After a few weeks on estrogen you will have an ultrasound to check the thickness of your lining (you want it greater than 7-8). A few days before thaw / transfer you will start progesterone. You'll have your transfer and continue estrogen and progesterone.

Questions to ask include the grade of the embryos prior to freezing and then did they keep the same grade after thaw.  How many will be thawed/transferred? Other than that, it's pretty basic.
