No Poop

I am almost 11 weeks and my MS is horrible. On top of not being able to keep much down I am horribly constipated. I've tried Dulcolax and Miralax but no results so far. I keep hearing up the water and fiber intake but I can't stomach much fiber. Any other suggestions?

I eat 2 prunes each day and that has made a big difference for me.

Milk of magnesia and LOTS of water. It helped my stomach feel a little better too. Early on I had to call my doctor because of the same problem and this was her suggestion. It worked really well!

Mucinex with plenty of water, but FOUR TIMES A DAY. Good luck!

Cup of hot water with lemon and a big spinach salad always does the trick for me!
