Milk Sensitivity @ 1 and Almond milk w/out fish oil?

My baby showed signs of sensitivity at 10 months. with diarrhea and clear rough bumps all over his body. Any similar stories at almost a year? I was increasing the gentleease to regular full milk based formula to get him ready for full cows milk at a year. Still having problems, so I changed to enriched Almond milk and he seems to be doing better in a couple days. I am looking for one that is enriched without fish oil for omega 369. Any help?
