The effects on a baby from drug uses. I know this was discussed before and I went back a few pages and couldn't find it. I've checked out the March of Dimes and WebMD, but if anyone has any other info, I would appreciate it!
Also, our 'profile key' gives us an option to be open to babies born younger than 37 weeks. Any suggestions on this?
Thanks!

Honestly, I'd call and set up an appointment with a pediatrician. Explain that you are in the adoption process and have a few questions.
Our agency really encourages us to do this and it has been the BEST resource we could ever ask for. After our initial meeting with the pediatrician, they told us to go ahead and call or email anytime we had a situation come up where we would have any questions. They respond within 24 hours of time.

I totally agree with this. Our pediatrician was great for answering our questions about drug exposures. We even called back a few times just to talk over the phone when we had new questions come up after our match.
It may seem early in the process, but you'll eventually need to get set up with a pediatrician anyways, and it will be nice that you already have met with one and talked through some of your concerns before you get a call about a potential match (or quick placement!).
