TTC after Nexplanon

I had my Nexplanon implant removed on July 1, 2013, and haven't returned back to a "normal" cycle since.  I did have a period 3 weeks after getting it removed, one in September, and again in November. I haven't had one since, but Tuesday night I had a very light discharge that I misjudged to be my period. It didn't even last overnight.  Had nothing yesterday, but this morning when I woke up I had brown discharge that I've never had before. 

I took a test Dec 28 and on Jan 19 and both were negative.  Until this week, I'd just been chalking it up to not being "regular" after getting my Nexplanon removed. Now I'm not sure what to think...

    I also get brown spotting before most of my periods. I'll agree with the plan of starting to temp and chart (a lot of ladies here use fertilityfriend.com). I'd test once a week until you either get a period or you reach 60 days without one, in which case I'd probably call your doctor.

    HSG 6/30/14 - found blocked left tube and 2 'bubbles' on uterine wall.
    Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
     9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
    BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
     U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
    U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015
    U/S #3, 1/9: BPM in the 180s, IT'S HAPPENING!!!
