Yesterday was not the greatest.
Yesterday:
B: avocado on toast
L: a whole foods maple pecan and dried cranberry salad

a small steak and red beans and rice.
S: banana, a small bag of chips, a candy bar, and about 6 oreos. Snacking was my downfall.
E: none. Wasn't feeling it.
