Thursday Anatomy Scans and Appointments

I had my anatomy scan yesterday! And SHE looks perfect! We are thrilled to find out we will be welcoming a baby girl!

I am just so happy all her parts were there, looking good and healthy. Such a relief! 

She is still measuring the same, so today she is 20w3d. We even got to count her little fingers. She kept sticking out her tongue. My feelings grew so much stronger after seeing her yesterday bobbing around. I am in love

Had my 3rd u/s in 3 weeks for our baby boys chest mass.  It is still growing but the doctor didn't seem too concerned.  Everything else seems to be on track and he is in the 65% so that is good news.  Any growth is scary for me.  Dr says it should plateau in a few weeks.  If we can make it till then without any heart issues we should have a great last 3 months.  T&Ps please.

Finally got back from my appointment! We got dumped with snow this morning (15 minute commute turned into 2.5 hours!) So I had to reschedule and luckily I got in again today!

Our baby GIRL!! looked wonderful! We have a picture where she looks like a demon from hell but I'm sure she will be a sweetie! :P I wish I knew how to PIP from mobile.

Sorry @lilnunz1 There is a high possibility I will be stealing your name. I can give you aaaaall the credz though!

Had my 20 week US today.

Anatomy scan was great, all good.  I have to go back at 27 weeks, I have a low placenta so she wants to check to make sure it is going in the right direction.

Our little girl was breech again this time  but was moving around in there.  Hope to feel her moving soon.  

OB appt went fine all good so far!!!

A/S went awesome! Baby is a BOY! I am in shock (although very excited!) as I was convinced it was a girl because this pregnancy is so different from my last! Everything looked good and healthy, estimating baby is about 10oz and heart rate was 159bpm. The tech turned on the 3d ultrasound (I was not expecting this!) and I cried , baby boy looks just like his big brother!

everything looked good for our little guy!!! Whew!!!! OB said placenta looks low so having me go in for additional testing in a few weeks but she said not to worry so I am not going to!!! (Or at least try lol)....

Appointment went well today cervix is 3.5cm no funneling!

I had my regular monthly OB checkup today and while listening to the heartbeat my doctor said she thought the baby might have an irregular heartbeat. We have our anatomy scan next week so my doctor said she was going to put in a request for maternal fetal medicine to pay special attention to the heart so hopefully it ends up being nothing. Fingers crossed.

Sorry for the late update but yesterday was hectic. The great thing is the ultrasound went good, everything was measuring perfectly so zero stress this time. We have a healthy baby BOY coming our way in June. I am vastly going to be outnumbered but DS and him are going to have such fun together. The only stress of my day was my home inspection which turned up a minor gas leak so I had to call the gas company and deal with all that then drive home in snowy conditions so it was late when I got home so I pretty much just crashed and didn't update on thebump. They just shut off the gas to that spot so I'll have to deal with getting it fixed as well as I worry about what else they want fixed but as I said to DH if I could only pick one appointment to be stress free I would pick the ultrasound a million times over so it was a great day.

@mullenem I think we were typing the same time. I felt bad not updating last night but after the house gas leak debacle I was cashed. 

It didn't even snow that much last night but it of course had to be whiteout conditions for like my drive home then it stopped

Love that you got such a perfect head-on shot! Our little guy did that a few times, but then looked away before she could grab the photo.

I honestly think he was annoyed by the probe -- it seemed like he kept trying to get away from it. Poor dude has already got fodder for his therapist when he grows up.
