Groovebook update!

I totally forgot to update you all!

The verdict is... IT'S AMAZING!

Pros:
-Comes with 100 pictures of your choice
-Great quality printing
-Cute new cover design every month
-Only $2.99/month
-I have all of the pictures off of my phone in a book which is amazing!
-The images are perforated so you can take them out if you want

Cons:
-It took 16 days to receive it (I did get an email saying they were swamped because of shark tank though and this would not continue to be a problem)
-Some of my pictures are upside down but I'm sure that's my phones fault somehow

I think I definitely want this - ha ha (that sentence).  But really, I'm glad for the update because it seems like a really great way to organize my favorite photos without the extra hassle of buying prints and a photo album and putting it together.

I wanted this sooo bad, but it just doesnt seem to work with my phone. Plus they got so popular SO quickly that their customer service is flooded and pretty much unable to help me.

What isn't working with your phone? I looked at the faq's and that helped me with my problem. Maybe check there? It is within the app

I guess groovebook would be okay, but I have thousands of photos of all my previous babies that I have stored in boxes.  I prefer Shutterfly, where I can make a book (including comments, milestones etc.)  The Shutterfly books are so easy to store on a bookshelf, and all the ones I make are free (just pay shipping.)  To each his own.

My phone has no designated "internal memory" folder, it doesn't like that and can't find my 400+ pics. I've contacted, emailed. Nada.

That's what I dont get. I have a samsung galaxy s3 (with tmobile), looking at the reviews other people with that phone has no problem.

I'm sorry. I wish I could be more helpful. Did you give the app permission to your photos when you first downloaded it? That's the only thing I can think of. You can check your settings and make sure it does have access. I hope you get ahold of someone soon!
