Done. When I have trouble doing the elbows and toes plank for the full time I do elbows and toes as long as possible. When I have to, I drop to my knees but add time. So my 1 minute plank was 30 seconds elbows and toes and 1 minute elbows and knees. I keep adding elbow and toes time but my abs are just not in the position to manage the full time right now.
Oh F I got 3 hours of sleep, thank you LO and today's challenge is intense! Only 8:00 on the west coast, step 1 coffee then we will see about those 40 push ups :-(
I'm doing horrible with these. Working every other night is killing me- seriously I've been having migraines since last Wednesday, before this I've maybe had 2 migraines my entire life. I just want a semi normal life again! Kinda throwing in the towel at attempting a gym schedule until end of Feb when I go back to 3 nights on, 4 nights off...
Will try to do tomorrow and Saturdays and possibly Sundays workouts since I have Fri and Sat nights off.
Right there with you sweetcfly... Definitely fell off the wagon after starting two weeks of night float. Was way overly optimistic with my ability to accomplish anything other than eat, sleep, and stick baby on the boob while not working. Speaking of which, time to get back to our nap.

40 sit ups were killer. I haven't really done sit ups since i was in elementary school p.e. I convinced myself that crunches were just as good when I was in college and never looked back... Until now.

I only got a 30 sec plank done today I'm mad at myself for not taking the extra minute when i had both kids down for naps at the same time before falling asleep myself. I have some making up to do tomorrow.
I haven't been posting in these threads, but I'm still keeping up! I missed one day, but it coincided with one of the rest days luckily. I'm scared for the 1:30 plank today.

And for those who haven't fallen off the wagon, don't! A couple days off with escalating times = serious mistake.
