    We are also getting tubes, finally scheduled it for 2/14. Happy Valentine's Day!  We've had about 8 ear infections in less than 6 months.  There's been fluid in there for probably 5 months.  It's time.

    Aww, poor babies! :(  I have been worried about this for DD, as I had tons of ear infections as a baby and tubes.  So far we've been lucky but we'll see what happens.  I will say that my mom has told me getting tubes wasn't bad at all for me as a kid, and they helped a lot, so hopefully it will be the same for all your LOs!
