If you're planning on breastfeeding, particularly if you haven't done it before, though it's a good reminder for all of us, this video is really excellent!
It's just 3 minutes, and goes through how to latch a newborn, what to look for to ensure baby is feeding well, and some other things while having great video of various moms close up, so you can really see what's going down. It's really helpful, especially if you haven't had a chance to observe BFing before... reading books and looking at pictures is for sure helpful, but video just makes it that much clearer.

Absolutely. My nipples were pretty flat before I had DD, and I had no issue bfing her
