Pediatrician?

I am hoping some of you can help me find a pediatrician.  I am due late April with our first, a baby girl.  The doctor has to be outside of UPMC, because we have Blue Cross insurance, and if you live here you know the deal with that. I am hoping for some recommendations based on experience.
