Dizzy

I'm very dizzy today. I'm hydrated, I've eaten... not sure why!  I'm BEYOND exhausted, this fatigue is really kicking my butt.  Could it be exhaustion? Any ideas/solutions for this dizziness?

    Eat some protein! I had to go home early yesterday and even though I'd eaten, drank an ensure was chugging h20 my blood sugar didn't relax until I ate a few scrambled eggs and got a brief nap. My Dr said even though I thought I was getting enough and all my bloodwork was coming back good re: anemia etc to just eat more protein...

    If that's not what you need I hope you figure out what is. I know how anxious it was making me.

    Eta to say even upping that I'm still exhausted! A little less spacey but I could lean against a wall and fall asleep any second I think.

  • I was feeling dizzy last week so I went to bed at 8:00pm and slept for 11 hours. It hasn't come back again, so I think I was just exhausted.

  • @dobbysmom I hear you on the anxiety! I have anxiety issues to begin with, so this is not helping in the slightest.  And I'm SURE my anxiety is only exacerbating the dizziness... vicious circle.  I will try the protein thing, can't hurt!  I know I have hardly had any today.

    @tigger99 I was going to look into sea bands for my nasty morning sickness.  I never thought that they could help dizziness too, but it just makes sense.

    @jedigurl sleep can't hurt... ever!
