Hi ladies - I've been lurking here for a few weeks, and have posted a couple of replies, but this is my first official post. I'm 6w1d, and I've been pretty lucky with only minor symptoms so far (bloating, cramps and peeing all-the-time) but now I'm starting to feel light headed. I'm stuck at work and just sitting at my desk feeling like I'm not sure I want to get up. Any advice for me? What's worked for you? Is this just a new random symptom or is there something I'm not doing? (more water, less water, more snacks?) Not at all in panic mode, but would rather not let it get that far if I can!
Thanks in advance!!!

Re: feeling lightheaded and stuck at work - what can I do?
Edited to Add - Welcome!
Baby #3 due September 12, 2014!
I deal with this on occasion while pregnant and I usually just need to eat/drink something. Do you have a small snack to munch on? or can you go grab a juice from a vending machine or something? I get kind of light-headed, warm, faint, tunnel vision-y and if I eat something and sit for a few minutes it passes.
Also, it is worth mentioning to your dr once you do have an appt. It can be nbd, but it can also be an indicator to a bigger problem.
I used to get very lightheaded with DD and my doc told me it was low iron. I was put on an iron supplement in addition to the pre-natal and it helped a lot.
I was anemic pre-pregnancy though, so I already had low iron numbers.
