Got the jitters!

My first appointments for blood work and ultrasound is Thursday and although this is not my first pregnancy, this is the first time I've had care this early. With DS I was new to canada and my insurance didn't kick in until I was 16 weeks pregnant. I lost the pregnancy before him in a missed mc. Found out at 13 weeks, baby stopped growing at 9 weeks, that was the only trans vaj ultrasound I've ever had to confirm the loss, so now I'm just nervous this appointment won't go very well, or I'll be holding my breath until I see a HB. My mom keeps saying why are you nervous, are you spotting. I'm not, but I didn't spot or bleed or cramp with my other mc so that's not reassuring me. I know we all have these fears I'm just stressing, and since I quit smoking I'm even more stressed. Rant over thanks for reading lol.
