Yesterday:
B: Avocado toast
L: A "Super Salad" from Whole Foods. Not much to it.
S: banana
D: meat loaf, corn, beans, and a little bit of stuffing
E: none. I plan to have a long workout tonight, so I thought I'd just rest up.

    ............... Yes I did. Apparently I hadn't had enough coffee this morning when I initially wrote this.

    @WhoCanItBeNow How did the meet go?

    Oh, forgot to mention my 5 oreos last night. I couldn't help myself. They were calling for me.

  • B: Green smoothie (kale, spinach, carrot, mixed peppers, pear, apple) and scrambled eggs

    L: Carrot Ginger soup

    S: Mixed berries, almonds, probiotic drink 

    D: Half a pan of brownies (CD1 yaknowwhatImean)  followed by homemade turkey meatloaf (turkey, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumb)

  • @WhoCanItBeNow Wow. I remember when I played sports and could bench 95 and thought I was so strong (fast forward to now, where I tried to bench this weekend and had a hard time doing 10 reps of 55. Officially weak).

    Congrats on the PRs and records! And that girl is probably a b*tch anyway... :)

  • Hey ladies! Mind if I start joining in on this thread?

    Today:

    B: Egg white and cheese sandwich on "Lite" Wheat bread
    S: Half a cup of "Citrus Salad"
    L: Naked juice, cheese string and oatmeal (gross and random, I know... I forgot to bring a lunch to work and didn't want to go out in the negative degrees weather so I had to make do with what I had)
    D: Lemon pepper chicken, broccoli and sweet potato.
    S: 5 marshmallows
