ER was yesterday. Definetly not as bad as I thought!
Out of the 18 that were retrieved 13 fertilized.
So they said I will get a time for transfer for Wed but if it changes they will call me tomorrow for a day 5 transfer on Friday. How soon does your RE make the call on whether you will do a 3 or 5 day?

I am glad to hear that your ER was not as bad as you were expecting! 13 is a great number too. Congrats. I will be sending over a ton of grow vibes to your little ones.
I am not sure about the transfer question, but I wanted to wish you luck.

Most clinics have like to see a certain number of embryos on day 3 to push transfer back to day 5.
My clinic only does blastocyst transfers, so they schedule everyone for day 5 and then cancel if none make it to blast (or move transfer to day 6 if the embryos need an extra day to make it to blast).

DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

Congrats on your good ER and Fert report for day 1.
My RE and lab told me that they had a good idea that I would have a 5 day transfer by day 2 so they didn't set up a time for transfer. Instead, they called me at noon on day 3 to confirm that I would have a day 5 transfer and set up that appointment (they wanted to get the day 3 fert report before they made the final decision).

Baby Girl "C" arrived on 10/07/14 (39 weeks, 6 days)
My clinic called me on day 2 to say a day 5 transfer was almost for sure pending any drastic changes in growth and then called again on day 3 to confirm the day 5 transfer.
It seems like every clinic is different though.

Jan/Feb 2014 IVF/ICSI #2 - Protocol: Estrogen priming, high doses Menopur and Bravelle (11 days), microdose lupron
Results: Cancelled after 11 days of stims due to low response and E2 levels
Feb 2014 IVF/ICSI #3 - Protocol: No prep, low dose Menopur (6 days), ganirelex, Bravelle booster with trigger
Results: 1 retrieved / 0 mature = Cancelled after ER

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
