FTM - Contractions?

**32 weeks 6 days .. With Twins**

I keep having this sharp pain/pressure in the area under my baby bump, but above my vagina. Can't really compare to menstrual cramps because I've never had cramping, except once yearsssss ago! I'm also not sure if its because Baby A is sitting so low...?
I'm having contractions according I the NSTs, but I've only been feeling a few of them. (Tests are twice a day for an hour)
Right now I'm feeling this pain about every 3-5mins..? It hits me hard then slowly disappears.
Haven't noticed my stomach tightening because I'm so stretched out from the twins that my stomach stays pretty hard all day.
How will I know when I'm going into labor!?

Have you tried eating, drinking water, using the restroom, taking a bath or shower?  My BH contractions actually continued with all of that, but never lasted for a minute. 

For me, labor contractions felt different at the start, and took a long time to get to that time frame. I'm sure your doctor will want to monitor you again-good luck!
