  • Where are you in your TTCAL journey? We are starting our next IVF cycle this month. I will start meds for an estrogen priming cycle on CD 21(Feb 2nd). AF should come around Feb 9-10, so then I will go for CD 3 b/w and start more meds.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? I have my annual well woman check up/pap to make sure things are good and I'm ready to pump myself full of hormones! Lol.

    QOTW:
Is there anything different you will do during your rainbow pregnancy? I hope to start feeling excited earlier. With my last pregnancy, I was so cautious because of dealing with IF for years that I only let myself get excited a tiny bit at a time. I want to enjoy and celebrate every hour next time.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Starting a new cycle with different meds than last time , and doing it all on my own. DH starts his new job the 17th so he will be staying with his brother who lives near there, and I'll be staying here to take care of the animals/clean for showings and generally take care of everything until we can sell our house/ buy a new house. His new job means we get to move back to our hometown, but it also means only seeing each other on weekends until house business is settled. Not looking forward to that :(
I have my FX for you girls ! May the 2WW fly by and end with good news!

  • Where are you in your TTCAL journey?
Well, I am not charting because I don't O on my own. I thought I had O pain but turned out to be gas lol. However, I am making my RE appt by the end of this month for hopefully next month.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?

I went to my OB the other day, because it's been 3 months and still no period. She gave me an rx for progesterone (which seems to always do the trick).

QOTW: Is there anything different you will do during your rainbow pregnancy?

Along with pp, I will try to enjoy every moment. Every nauseating back-breaking moment. I would also take pics of my belly, because I didn't do that last time. I would complain less, and take it easier than last time, perhaps even go part-time at work. Even though technically there is nothing I could have done to prevent, I feel like if I had listened to the times my body was begging for a break I would have taken one. :(

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?

Actually, we are looking to move, so apartment hunting is STRONGLY on my mind. Definitely a two-bedroom so that we can prepare for a rainbow arrival (declare it, right?).
    Best of luck to everyone!!

Good luck ladies, sending you positive thoughts.

Where are you in your TTCAL journey? I'm waiting for my estrogen level to go down before going back to RE. Due to PCOS, my body over produced and estrogen level shot up too high from the Follistim. I was an emotional mess and a total bitch. Feeling calmer today :)

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? Going back to RE sometime this week for a baseline u/s and check on estrogen level.

QOTW: Is there anything different you will do during your rainbow pregnancy? Probably more cautious and eat a more balanced diet to make sure good nutrients are transfer to LO. Hoping that everything will go well.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I can't believe it has been 4 months since we lost Raynor. I miss him so much.

shandorfml2 - I got my BFP with Lucas last year Feb 5th.  It also happens to be the date my mom passed.  It would be super special to me to find out then again, but that's like 13dpo and that's a LONG time!

More likely, super bowl Sunday :)

    What about you?
I was thinking the same...I'm going to check when I got my BFP with my daughter to see how many dpo I was. I had a faint line the day before.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?
My next appointment is in March, just to re do some testing if I'm not pregnant by then. FX.

QOTW: Is there anything different you will do during your rainbow pregnancy?
I would like to think that I will be relaxed and enjoy but, I think I am going to be crazy making sure I try to do everything right.

A bit disappointed about my cycle starting. Trying to figure out this work thing and how to balance the rest of my life with my split shift. Feeling a little down lately.

  • Where are you in your TTCAL journey?

We are starting again this next cycle (Feb). It will be our first medicated cycle so I am nervous about the shot and medication aspect of it and of course about the result. We found out that IVF isn't covered for us so we are trying this out first before diving into IVF.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?

Yes, I will go in for an ultrasound after my cycle day 1 and then take medication after that.

Is there anything different you will do during your rainbow pregnancy?

I don't think that my nerves will ever go away because after five losses the joy just gets sucked out and turns into complete fear. However, I will try my best to cherish every single second I have with my next pregnancy because I understand just how precious life really is.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?

I can't believe that we are pulling the trigger on a medicated cycle and starting again so soon. The meds should arrive tomorrow. I am hopeful that eventually our luck has to turn but it's a hard place to be too.

We are cycling in Feb as well. Ive done more injectable cycles than I'd like to admit, so please let me know if you have any questions! You will find that after the initial shot, they will get easier! GL!

  • Where are you in your TTCAL journey?
Planning to start TTC this cycle. Only on CD 5, so have about 2 weeks before I typically O. I did get to chart last cycle though (first one post loss) and everything seemed in line with my old cycles, so hopefully things will stay that way!

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming?
Nothing for now. We're still waiting on our autopsy results (going on 3 months!), so that could change something but if it's a cord accident like my OB thinks, I don't think we'll be headed back to the OB until we're pregnant.

QOTW: Is there anything different you will do during your rainbow pregnancy?
I'm not sure if it will give me peace of mind or worry me more but I plan to pick up a home doppler this time. I'm very thankful that we found out about our loss before I went into labor on my own, but it would have been VERY rough if that hadn't been the case and I want to know as much as I can if something like this happens again.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?
I've been sick as a dog and just trying to get our household back to healthy :(

    BFP #1- 4/2011; DD Brynn born 12/2011

BFP #2- 7/13; EDD- 4/2/14; Lost DS at 20 weeks (11/16/13) due to cord accident

BFP #3- 3/14; EDD- 11/28/14; Lost DD at 15 weeks (6/7/14)- cause unknown

To my angels- I held you every second of your lives and I'll love you every second of mine.
