Small bruise-like place?

Hello ladies,
LO has a spot under his behind on the back of his leg that looks like a small, faint bruise. I noticed it 3 or 4 days ago and it hasn't gone away. What could this be? It doesn't really look like a normal birthmark, although I guess it could be? Doesn't bother him when I press on it...

    I thought my LO had a bruise in that area a while ago and it ended up being ink from the cheap daycare diapers

    I think LO has a birthmark on the neck. It looks like a scar but it's been there since I can remember and it hasn't faded.

    Yeah "Mongolian spot" isn't very PC anymore.  Technically they're dermal melanocytosis spots :)
