Help Needed from Experienced Moms

I am a first time mom, due July 14, 2014. I'm working on my Capstone project to obtain my Bachelors degree in Mathematics and could use your help. My project is a statistical analysis relating how a birth begins (natural vs induced) to how it ends (cesarean vs vaginal). I've put together a short survey (about 5 minutes) with questions about how your previous deliveries went. It's all anonymous and would help me out tremendously.
