Nickisdiapers swim diapers are 50% off...which I think is a regular sale they run. But they're so cute! I want them for M. Do they work? Are they worth it? I'm not willing to sacrifice a pocket for the pool this summer, so I'm thinking ahead

I want to get one or two swim diapers, but I don't know how much we will go to the public pool. If we are at the lake or in a kiddy pool, I just throw a pocket on him or he goes naked.

M's naked bum is super sweet, but not if anyone's visiting or around. Lol.

Logan goes naked if it's just close family. At the lake it usually just the in laws on the boat.

I used a small one on DS last summer in a pool and lake. Seemed to work well, but he didn't test their ability to hold in poop. I just saw that sale, and I'm going to order a couple large ones!

I really need a swim diaper, since we are doing swim lessons soon. I swear though, I never have any luck on this website!! I can never add to my cart, and the website always freezes.
Sucks...I'd love to snag one on sale.

I went by the weight on their sizing chart; Leif is 21 pounds now and we won't use them till summer...

Ooo, I might get some. Were are going away for a wedding and new babe will only be 1 month. Do you ladies think that's too young to be in a pool? Because of everything they put in the water?

I waited till 2.5 months and then had DS in a hotel pool for five minutes. Rinsed him off in the pool shower immediately after. I guess it probably just depends on your comfort level.

You need to be careful. Small babies can't regulate their own body temperature, and cold pool water is also a concern on top of the chemicals. https://www.parenting.com/article/ask-dr-sears-too-young-for-the-pool

I'd also worry about head control at one month. And holding a small slippery child.
