Nausea at 18 weeks?

I was very lucky in my early pregnancy, aside from an appendectomy, and the nausea that occures while recovering, I has very little to no morning sickness. Now I am 18 weeks and have been feeling very nauseus. Is this normal? I don't have a fever, but I have been extraordinarily tired the passed few days. Should I be worried?
