My daughter passed her baked milk food challenge. Now she is supposed to have a serving every day. For some reason the only thing I can think of is muffins. What else would be good? It can't have cheese in it either, I don't think.

We introduced the baked milk in pancakes. She got a little bit bigger piece every day. You could also do waffles, anything with bread crumbs (most contain dairy), nutrigrain bars, cookies, the Annie's baked cheese crackers, some varieties of goldfish crackers- those are just a few ideas off the top of my head. You can also do rice or pastas where you have to add milk to the sauce or anything where you would add butter to a recipe.
