Med to boost appetite?

My 7 yr old is on Concerta for ADHD and hasn't gained a pound in a year.  My psych suggested a prescription to increase her appetite.  Any experiences with a drug like that?  Thank you!

She takes the Concerta every day.  There is no way we can go without, unfortunately.    The drug they want to add is an antipsychotic.  I'm not sure of the name.  He said we could do it for 6-8 weeks and that should add 8-10 lbs which would put her in a lot healthier weight range.
