Can we talk stomach issues for a second..

So the past week everything has been in and out. But the past two days I have had horrrrrrrrrrrrbile stomach pains accompanied by major bathroom issues. Last night was the worst being woken up at 2 am feeling super nauseous and going for an hour and a half. Then I had the chills for another hour. No clue why. I should know this but I honestly don't remember. Last time around when I went into labor I had back pains and honestly just felt like I was on my period so I thought nothing of it and had no clue until my doctor told me I was having contractions. With contractions and BH there shouldn't be stomach noises, air bubbles etc right? I should be able to clearly tell it's baby related and not stomach issues right?

Could you maybe just have the stomach flu? Are you running a fever?

Nope no fever I feel perfectly fine. Two sundays ago I had all the flu like symptoms - fever, chills, congested etc but that has finally worked it's way out. This is just random. Pains for an hour driving home last night then just stopped - then the stomach issues happened at 2 am. And I haven't been eating anything bad so no clue.

Fever, chills nausea back pain can also be sign of kidney infection... I'm on antibiotics for one- had all these symptoms but never linked it up until routine urine check.

Thanks guys! Guess I'll just keep a lookout. I went into labour at 31 weeks last time so already nervous

I didn't have the stomach flu but it was like food poising. I had all the same symptoms and just had to stay hydrated and rest it will take a couple of days to get over. I thought I was going into preterm labor it was so bad.
