Looking for a family to nanny share with

My husband and I have a 3 month old daughter and are looking for a family with a child close to our daughters age to do a nanny share with. Initially we are looking for part time (2 days a week) until I start working, at which time we would transition into full time (I hope to start working within the next 60-90 days). We live on the northwest side of the city (Mayfair) and are looking for a family near the area (Irving Park, Albany Park, Edgebrook, Lincolnwood, Sauganash, etc). We can host in our home, although we have 3 dogs so the family and nanny would have to be comfortable with them (they are all friendly), or we are willing to bring our daughter to someone else's home. We would like to find the right family first, then find a nanny together, however, we are open to meeting a family that is already working with a nanny. Most importantly, we would like to work with a family that has a similar parenting style and has open lines of communication.
