Any MTHFR and PAI-1 ladies here?

So my new RE's bloodwork came back and I have the MTHFR and PAI-1 mutations. I'm now on baby aspirin and folgard. I was also told to prepare for Heparin or lovenox shots when/if I get pregnant. My insurancce (which is typically good) refuses to pay for the folgard as they deem it "not medically necessary." I haven't been able to find much research on the PAI mutations so any advice or resources is much appreciated!
