@BandEddie and other Mint users

Please help! I downloaded the Mint app and I'm actually looking forward to using it, but each time I try to add my bank it says there was a "connectivity issue". I've tried from my tablet and desktop. I know my credentials are correct. Has anyone had this problem when trying to add your bank?

I'm giving up for today. I tried searching for troubleshooting responses and I see that it's a common problem. I just messaged the Mint people.
