NBR pixie cuts

Has anyone grown out a pixie cut before?! My hair just looks so awful right now, any tips on how to style it so it doesn't look like a weird backwards mullet???

@superspecialsnowflake I use the short sexy hair pomade... It's just in a really awkward stage right now. I think I have to not straighten it and maybe go for a messier look?? I get bored too quickly which is what led me to chop it all off in the first place but now I miss it long again lol

I've been growing mine out since march. It's to my shoulders with lots of layers now (no cuts since april or may). I chopped the back twice at the beginning of growing it out and then just let it go. I used a matte pomade, my flat iron to flip the ends out and hairspray for a messy behead look

Get it cut often at first to help it grow out better. The awkward stage doesn't last too long.

Haha @kfed103!! And to think my husband isn't fond of my pixie cut, he will go bonkers once it is a little longer again!
