I really like Gianna. You could also do NN Gia for that name. Both are very cute.

Natalia is very pretty the whole Lee-a or Lay-a debate alwasy bothers me with Leia I know how it should be pronounced but still always sort of trip over it.

Gianna is pretty, but I don't care for the American pron of the name.
