Advice needed please!

Have been throwing up every hour or two since 11 pm, having intensifying contractions every 3-8 minutes for a couple hours now. Are they due to the vomiting or is the vomiting part of labor? Going to call doctor, but I hate being the woman who calls over nothing... What would you do?

38 weeks, heading there as soon as grandparents arrive to cover my other two LOs...
