First thing, plain and simple these progesterone inserts are just so gross. Is there anything to help with the leakage? I'm at my witts end today with it, every little cough, sneeze, deep breath and I feel like..well, just gross..Other than pantyliner's, is there anything to help keep the leaking at bay?
Also, the last couple days my lower back has been really bothering me. Is this normal? Is Advil ok to take? I'm sure this is probably something I could ask my RE, but I figured you ladies would be able to answer quicker than my RE would in an email.
I am 7dpiui today, and never really have had back problems. I have played roller hockey for the last 10+ years, so my back is usually pretty strong and I rarely get back pains.
Re: Progesterone & Lower Back Pain
2. Do not take advil! Only Tylenol. Advil is not safe pregnancy.
3. Remember, Progesterone is like taking a PMS Pill. So, lower back pain, a common PMS symptom, may be your 'side effect'...
I am on P for two more weeks - it is not the most fun drug. I get cranky/irritable (though it subsides after a week or two) and mega sore/sensitive boobs. And headaches. Just depends.
You sound normal

I was talking to M about how much I hated these inserts. Once we got our BFP this week I was hoping we could stop. No go...Dr says for possibly 8 more weeks! (really doesn't feel sexy at all either). I cannot find a way to stop it either...just switching panty liners.
It is funny, my low back has been really bugging me too. Was talking to my acupuncturist about it and trying to work on it. Never even thought it might be the progesterone! AUGH!!!
