You know how women always say "uh oh.. the man cold is in our house!" .. admittedly, I am 100% worse when I have a cold than my H is.  Seriously, this cold I have is BRUTAL.  I'm soooooo congested, my head is soooo filled it truly feels like it may explode. I can't breathe from either side. My post nasal drip is so bad it's causing a "ball like" feeling in my throat, my right ear hurts, I have a 99.3 fever.    You would think I've never had a cold before?  I think I'm dying.  So if you don't see me later...  it likely means I was the first person to die from a head cold.  It truly might happen.

Like others said, get some rest, chicken noodle soup and vitamin C. I hope you feel better soon!

I'm hoping mine doesn't turn into that!  Sometimes they do, and that usually requires a doctor and lasts so long. I'm a bit prone to them from my allergies.  I'm trying to drink lots, get rest (etc) to combat that.

Thanks guys   I'm such a baby when I have a cold.

Feel better soon. Go to bed with an electric blanket and watch TV or bump. This will in fact make you feel better. Also nap when you deem it necessary!
