I'm interested on taking some kind of class since my belly fit class seems to be to much for me right now. I have been just walking right now I'm still on my first trimester but ready to have more energy. Any suggestions?
There is a place in Se Portland called Pod + Kin that has prenatal yoga classes. I just found out about them via a meetup.com new and expecting moms group, so I haven't been (and am starting to feel too awkward at 29w to start yoga...). No doubt there are others around here too!
Barre3 has online prenatal videos that I've been doing. It's bar plus, yoga and pilates. Lots of stretching and moves that get you better posture and lengthening. I have a year subscription so it's only $10 a month. My muscles are sore after each work out and I pair it with walking the dog around SW Portland.
