Bleeding on lovanox?

About two weeks ago my doctor upped my lovanox and today I have been having some bleeding. Has anyone else had an issue with that?

My ob told me to stop taking it until the bleeding has stopped and then we will go from there.

    Bleeding when you inject? Occasionally. I will bleed longer while on it, from a normal cut, blood draw, etc.

    I just had a small bleeding episode yesterday while on lovenox. Went in a saw a strong hb (I am8 weeks) but dr told me to stop injections and only continue with baby aspirin until it stops and we can re-evaluate. So far today no bleeding.

    Mine has stopped now so I am back on lovanox. Fingers crossed it won't happen again :|

    Just had my first bleeding at injection site situation happen this past weekend.   It freaked me out.  I have also had the typical 2nd trimester nosebleeds that are probably a bit more graphic due to the Lovenox. I have been bruising way more, too.

    The bruising sucks! I bleed from injection site 1 out of 20 pokes :)
