He called for me!

This morning my LO called for me for the first time! I was in the bathroom getting ready for work and heard "mum mum!" from the living room where he was playing and when I looked around the corner he was craning his neck trying to see me.

He's been saying it for about a week now, but this was the first time he added up that if he called that, I'd come. What an awesome feeling and a wonderful alternative to crying/fussing for my attention!

My LO still will not say mama she says Dada all the time though.. But she usually wants me so I don't feel to bad lol

My LO will only say mama if she is in her crib and more than anything it is a whine to get out lol but it still warms my heart!

That's awesome I can't wait.  It is nice to know that I am the only one who isn't left in the cold with the whole mama thing.  She has said it a handful of time randomly. She says a ton of other stuff just no mama.  She even says "hi dada"!  Like really, a sentence before mama! haha.  I can't wait for her to start saying it but congrats that really is great

Thanks! Daddy's deployed so if he'd said dada first I'd have been really upset! Haha.
