Leaving 14 month old for 16 days

My husband and I are going to Russia for 16 days without 14 month old and 7 year old. What should we do to prepare our kids for us to be gone that long? Baby will be weaned from nursing by then. They will be with Grandmas the whole time, but the longest baby has been left was 5 days and that was when he was 7 months and didn't really know better. I think I am way over freaking out about this, but I just worry.

Try to have grandmas keep baby on the same schedule, with some familiar comfort items.
If the baby is going to be at someone else's house then I would personally sleep with the baby's sheets for a few nights before going then send them over to be used (baby is smell you).
Sometimes you just have to turn mommy brain off and trust all will be well. It's not easy but it's necessary! Enjoy your time away...plan for lots of cuddle time when you return.
