This check-in is not necessarily exercise-related - I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthier and give up bad habits thanks to the motivation of pregnancy/new baby, so any kind of getting healthy is welcome here!
What did you do last week?

  • Last week- I kept at it. Logged in MFP and worked out 5 days.

    This week- I weighed myself because I desperately needed something to be happening. Down 1.6lbs! Andplusalso, I ran!! Finally, after 9 long miserable weeks of letting my leg heal, I'm running again. Yesterday, I ran 3 miles, with quarter mile walk breaks each mile. Just to be safe. It felt amazing. I can feel my sanity returning already. Ha.

    Goal- Keep running! Lol. Pp weight by March 10th (9 months on 9 months off) and another 5lbs by my birthday in May.

    Qotw- I like murder mystery types. I started reading Nancy Drew books when I was DD1's age, then was up to Mary Higgins Clark probably earlier than I should've been. But, I love it. If I get into a book, I can zoom through it stupid fast.

  • Last week- broke in my new treadmill! 3.5-4.5 miles a day! I lost 4 pounds!

    This week-keep running! It's how I got super skinny for my wedding after the initial weight loss. Last week reminded me why I have a love-hate relationship with running, it's so hard but it works!

    I want to lose 10 more pounds by my BFFs wedding in June. That will be a grand total of 90 pounds since baby!

    I love reading trash. Mindless, trash. I like a good love story, spooky story, anything that keeps my attention and reads fast.
  • last week- I ran everyday and got to the gym 3 times!

    this week- I have never tracked food, but I am going to try and start.

    goal- sub 4 hour marathon in May!

    genre- fiction, I read so much for work, I love picking up a book and not have to think!

  • Last week: exercised 2 times. Nothing too special.

    This week: on vacation now, but I've been working out with my husband just like we used to before the baby. Holy Shit, I'm sore. I forgot how strong I used to be. As a result I'm feeling fat, but I'm trying to remember that I can get the body that I used to have back.

    Goal: tone up my body and not feel fat.

    I would love to read fantasy for the rest of my life. I love believing that there is an alternate universe out there ;)

  • What did you do last week? Kept up with the ab challenge and walking. I ate terrible though since my sister was in town.
    What do you have planned for this week? Need to do the ab challenge and walking. I started back to work this week so we will see what happens.
    What is your goal? Hopefully have somewhat of a toned midsection by the end of the 30 days. Go back to eating somewhat well.
    QOTW:  If you had to read just one genre for the rest of your life - what would it be? to be honest, I don't really read.
