Allergy Medication

I went to the dr today and he told me I probably have allergies and should take allergy medication. DD is 13 months and I was planning on taking Sudafed to dry me up so I actually would be happy if the allergy medication did that! Which is compatible with bfing?

I take Zyrtec. I take it year round so have never really seen what my supply is with out but I still have a good supply.
