What's on the menu tonight?

H offered to get take out since I have a cold, but I told him tomorrow is good.. I'm usually crappier on day 2 of cold, so I predict I won't wanna cook tomorrow :P

I made an easy one tonight, though. I threw together some homemade sloppy joes.  I'm sticking hasbrown patties in the oven, and frozen veggies in the microwave.

Spaghetti with garlic bread. PS i love spaghetti.

I made a shepard's pie yesterday afternoon to throw in the oven when I get home from work.  I'm on my own with LO tonight so I'm looking forward to minimal prep work and dishes.

Oh dang, I want crepes.

We had Swiss Chicken Casserole in the crockpot along with a side of edamame. It was soooooo good!
