Merlin's sleepsuit size help

Okay, I'm ready to order my LO one but am unsure what size/how they fit. LO is 15lbs 9oz and about 25 in long. She wears 6m clothes already in many brands...those who already have the suit..do you recommend I buy the 6-9 month size? TIA.

Re: Merlin's sleepsuit size help

  • I would say get the 6-9 months. If its too big, you can roll up the legs.

My LO is 26" and 18lbs and we can just barely squeeze him in the 3-6 months.

I have the smallest one and it's still very big on LO. It says 12-18lbs & she's 12.5 lbs but it's still so long that she can pull her legs up into the body part. She's 23" long.

  • My LO is around 13lbs. I have 3-6 month and it has still room in it. She can probably wear it for another month or two but your LO is bigger so I would suggest 6-9 mo for you. It will be big but that is OK, you do not even need to roll the sleeves.
  • DS is about 17 lbs and I got him the 6-9 month size and it fits him great with room to grow.

  • I got the large and Henry is about 16lbs. He has room to grow but it fits. His little hands get cold at night when he's wearing it though and I'm thinking of putting him in mitts.
  • I got the large.

LO is 14.5 lbs, and also pulls her legs up into the suit when she's sleeping. Since it is cold here she is in a fleece sleeper underneath which makes it fit perfectly. When she sleeps in it in just a onesie it is a little too roomy.

Gosh I love our sleep suit.
