Anyone have a plasma car?

I want to get DD one for her birthday.  They have great reviews, but there were a couple that said that they dont move very well on concrete.  I was planning to keep it inside until the weather turned, but after that, she would only use it on the sidewalk.  Thoughts?

They work awesome on most surfaces.  My boys got them when they turned 2, they are almost 4 and still use them.  Awesome gift.
