Results from CD 12 Ultrasound and CD2 Bloodwork (Good but confusing)

 Went for my CD12 ultrasound today and to get bloodwork results from CD2.  A quick reminder that I went on CD12 because my cycle is about 35 days so she said to start follicle viewing on CD12. 

Bloodwork showed nothing abnormal - thank god!  LH: 3.9 and FSH 6.2.  I'm old but I'm not out!

Here's the interesting part though: the ultrasound showed a bunch of growers on each side (yay!), but specifically a 15mm follicle on the left, but on this CD12 of 35. She wants me to come back in a few days to check him out again, and to see why he's so big already.  All other tests/tracking shows me on point for being 12/35 so she's not sure why he's so eager.  Also since I don't appear to have any cysts or other signs of PCOS she thinks its an egg growing.  The past three cycles had clear and definitive ovulation on CD22, 21 and 21 respectively so ovulation in a few days is odd.  Lastly, I have no EWCM now and I have gotten a bunch before each O day the last cycles.  Really everything but the over achiever is per the past cycles.

What do you ladies think is up with lefty? 

Thanks for any thoughts - I'm concerned b/c she seemed a little concerned and has me coming back without a real definitive answer.
